NET/SLET/ Ph.D shall remain the minimum eligibility condition. Basic degree in Agricultural Engineering followed by Master Degree in Agricultural Engineering having specialization in Farm Machinery and Power/Agricultural Processing/Post Harvest Engineering/Soil and Water Conservation. Preference will be given to candidates having interest and willingness to participate in village field work
29 Lecturer in
Agril Statistics		 Specialization in the field of Statistical Inference, Applied Statistics, Design of Experiment.
43 Lecturer, Mathematics Specialization in any branch of pure & applied Mathematics.

Pay Scale: For SI Nos.28, 29, 43, 44: PB-3, Rs.15600-39100

Age Limit: 35 Yrs

Application Fee: Rs. 400. SC/ST candidates will be required to pay only 25% of normal application cost. Physically handicapped candidates (handicapped 40% or above) are exempted from payment of fees for forms. Attested copies of certificates issued by appropriate authorities are to be submitted for exemptions. The fee should be in the form of Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Santiniketan branch in favour of Accounts Officer, Visva-Bharati

How to apply

Application on prescribed form along with 9(nine) photo copies of properly filled in application form and one set of true copies of testimonials, Certificates and two recent passport size Photographs (non-returnable) duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/ Principal, Govt. College/ Head Master, Govt. School/ M.P./ M.L.A. should reach the Registrar, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, Dist-Birbhum, Pin- 731235. The candidate should apply separately for each post. The last date for submission of application is 18th June, 2010
